Specialty Tools
Dan believes in always having the right tool for the job. You may see him using any of the following during your walkthrough.
Aerial Drone Photography
Walking your roof may be impractical due to weather, condition, etc. Fortunately, we use an aerial drone to photograph your entire roof. This will give us the same information as walking the roof ourselves!
Thermal Imaging
Looking inside your walls for leaks, a lack of insulation, etc. is easy with thermal imaging. This special tool enables us to see through walls, and it also checks for hot spots.
Moisture Meter
Do you have any hidden pockets of moisture in your home? Even worse, have they led to the development of accumulated mold? Find out easily with our moisture meter.
Time Off with Dan
Dan enjoys sailing and boat building. Additionally, he likes to spend time outdoors with his family (wife, daughter, and dog). Cooking and eating out at local restaurants are another favorite!
